Emergency Cover

We set time aside each day for emergencies and urgent treatment. However, these reserved sessions get filled up quite quickly so please, if you can, contact us early in the day if you need urgent help. If you are in pain and notify us early, we always try to see you the same day.

Emergencies out of Hours

We operate an emergency rota out of hours. Please ring the practice for the number of the duty dentist. Please listen carefully to the whole message as you may be given both a landline and mobile phone number to contact the dentist.

Most problems can be dealt with by telephone but sometimes it is necessary to reopen the surgery. At weekends, this might mean visiting another practice in the North Norfolk Emergency Rota.

If you have a problem out of hours, please remember that the dentist has probably already done a full day (or week) in the practice, and help us to help you by contacting us reasonably early in the day if possible (before 10.00 o'clock). That way we can plan to deal with the day's emergencies in a suitable session if it should be necessary to open the surgery.
