Denplan

We strongly recommend that you consider joining Denplan which offers a very affordable way of spreading the cost of dental care for both adults and children whilst avoiding large bills.

Denplan Care is the only well-established dental care scheme to have been awarded full accreditation by the British Dental Association. The company is a subsidiary of the PPP healthcare group, one of the largest medical health care providers.

What are you covered for?

Once on Denplan, which is paid for by a fixed monthly fee, you receive all your normal high quality Private dental care without further fees to the dentist. All your routine examinations and X-rays, preventive advice, gum treatment (with the hygienist where appropriate) and fillings are covered. Work involving a dental technician (crowns, dentures, for example) is also covered but you pay the technician's laboratory charges directly.

Also, as one of our registered Denplan patients, if at any time you were in need of emergency dental treatment and were unable to access our out of hours service you would be entitled to call the Denplan 24-hour helpline. Use of this helpline both at home and abroad, would put you in touch with someone who could assist. You would also have supplementary accident and emergency insurance cover (worldwide).

What does it cost?

Prior to joining Denplan, each patient is assessed to determine their pattern of treatment need and allocated to one of five fee bands. For 90% of our patients the monthly fee for this comprehensive service is £17.92 or less, with family discounts where appropriate. For some patients a more limited cover - Denplan Essentials - is more suitable.

If you wish to join Denplan or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the practice and we shall be glad to help.

PLEASE NOTE that outstanding problems need to be treated before full inclusion in the Denplan scheme.
